Questions
Is this a bot that buys tickets?
No. GigSpares reads public listings on ticketmaster.ie and ticketmaster.co.uk and sends you the link. It never touches a basket, a checkout or your Ticketmaster login.
Is it just gigs?
No. Sport, comedy, anything that sells out. Not listed in the chat? Ask and we add it. The latest request was a boxing match at Croke Park.
Can you watch standing only?
Yes. Standing goes first and comes back rarest. Say standing only when you add an event, and standing is what we watch for.
Do I need Telegram?
Yes. Alerts are Telegram messages from our bot, and that chat is also where you add events, set filters and pause. Telegram is a free messaging app for iPhone and Android: download it here before you pay if you don't have it.
How do I start?
Tap Get alerts and pay by card on Stripe's checkout. The confirmation hands you a one-time link that opens the bot in Telegram and connects your subscription.
How do I cancel?
Send /cancel in the chat, or use manage. Both open Stripe's billing portal.
I paid but closed the tab — did I lose it?
No, the payment is safe on Stripe's side. Enter the email you paid with at gigspares.com/claim for a fresh link.
